If you do not
receive your package in good condition or if it is damaged, with
obvious signs that it has been tampered with or opened, you must
notify the courier who delivered the package, sign the delivery
note and add “with reserve”.
This will give you protection
if you notice any problems on opening the package. Only in this
latter case must you send a fax to the local courier’s office
notifying them of the problem; please send a copy of the fax to
