To be sure that the products
arrive at their destination
in the best possible condition, we have signed an agreement with
two leading couriers of perishable
goods: UPS and SDA in Italy
and UPS and FEDERAL for the rest of the world.
This ensures that the products are properly cared for during transport. The goods
are always accompanied by the invoice inside the package. The cost of delivery
varies according to the destination and weight of the goods. Some countries do
not allow delivery. Any customs charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
ITALY
For
orders in excess of 250 Euro,
transport to any destination
in Italy is free!
(300 Euro for smaller islands and Livigno where an additional 24 euro is added
to the costs stated)
Delivery
times
24 hours for the north and centre of Italy, 48 hours for small towns and the
rest of Italy, 72 hours for the smaller islands and Livigno.

Private and company gifts
To share the delights of the Pasticceria Banchelli with others simply state the
name of the person and address to which the products are to be delivered (which
will obviously be different from the invoice address).
This option may be used to avoid delivery problems: if the occupant is not at
home the courier will be unable to complete the order.
If however the delivery address and the invoice address are the same, simply
click on the “copy the information from the profile” option. |
